Several pets in Sussex are looking for their forever homes, including at the Sussex North & Brighton branch of the RSPCA.
Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.
A few animals from the branch are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.
To help the Sussex North & Brighton branch carry on their work you can donate to them at the website here.
Penny
Gender - Female
Age - Two years old
Breed - Australian Shepherd
Colour - Merle
If you want to adopt Penny you can view their full profile here.
Penny is described as an "affectionate" and "friendly" dog who can be a little shy when first meeting new people.
She can also be a little shy with other dogs until she gets to know them so would benefit from further socialisation.
Ideally, Penny would go to a calm household with access to a secure garden.
The RSPCA adds: "Although she has been loved and looked after in her previous home she has not experienced much of the outside world and had not been walked on a lead. Everything is new to her at the moment and her new owner will need to commit time to her training."
Roz
Gender - Female
Age - 12 years old
Breed - Terrier crossbreed
Colour - Black/grey
If you want to adopt Roz you can view their full profile here.
Roz is a dog who came into the RSPCA after her previous owner had been taken into hospital and sadly passed away.
The RSPCA adds: "When Roz arrived she had very overgrown nails that had curled round and gone into her skin and a bloated abdomen.
"After examination and tests at the vets it turned out she had struvite crystals and liver enzymes so she has been on treatment and a special diet for this."
Roz would benefit from going into a quiet home without any children and one where she can have access to a garden.
Marbles
Gender - Female
Age - Six years old
Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour - Tabby, Grey and White
If you want to adopt Marbles you can view their full profile here.
Marbles is described as a vocal cat who loves human affection and companionship.
When she initially came into the care of the RSPCA she was a bit underweight and quite poorly, with the centre believing she possibly had a common feline virus.
They add: "With a bit of TLC she has come a long way! She does not require any ongoing medication or treatment, but may continue to have the virus asymptomatically".
Marbles is a very active cat so will need a secure garden she can access to burn energy off.

Nibbles and Dinky
Gender - Female
Age - Three years old
Breed - Lop
Colour - White/ White and Black
If you want to adopt Nibbles and Dinky you can view their full profile here.
Nibbles and Dinky came into the centre as their owner could no longer care for them.
They both love their food and treats, with kale being their favourite vegetable, and playing with toys as well.
Both of them are not used to being picked up but are improving with it over time.
The RSPCA adds: "They are not little girls so will need a larger setup suitable for their size. They could live inside in their own room or in a wendy house or shed in the garden."
