Has anyone else noticed the blatant overcharging by NCP in obtaining more money from motorists with its pay and display parking?
Last week, I parked in Wilbury Road, I only had two £1 coins on me and for two hours the parking is £1.20.
I had no option to change the money, as previously I had visited a shop to change money for a meter and had been longer than five minutes and received a ticket.
My question is, is it ethical for NCP, knowing that people may not have the correct change, to have machines that do not give change? Many thousands of people may not have the correct change and be forced to overfeed the meter.
