Please tell me why it is OK for a man to “bare all” on a bike without being pros-ecuted when he would be arrested if he “flashed” in the street. If a referendum was held I am sure you would find the people who actually live in Brighton and Hove would prefer not to have exhibitionists inflict their fantasies on us year after year.
Does anyone think people like James Watts should be entitled to “get naked in public” just because they are on a bike? Isn’t this against the law?
