Three men were injured when a van crashed off the A27 near Worthing.
The van is believed to have hit the central reservation of the eastbound carriageway, between Patching and High Salvington, before ending up on its roof in a ditch.
No other vehicles are believed to have been involved.
Three men who were in the van were taken to hospital but were not believed to have life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened at about 11.45pm on Tuesday.
