A dog died and a women suffered smoke inhalation in a house fire.
Emergency services were called to a property in Grouse Road, Colgate, near Crawley about 4pm today.
One woman were treated by paramedics at the scene.
Firefighters were still at the property at 7pm.
20% of the property was damaged by fire.
The cause of blaze is currently unknown.
