Today, Wendy Brand, EDF Energy customer care representative at Portland Road, Hove, will work her last day.
We could not speak more highly of Wendy for her long-term care and diligence and the way she has looked after us on both our domestic and business energy accounts.
Two years ago we moved business premises and Wendy, by chance, spotted payments had been made to the old account. We could not find any records yet Wendy persisted and eventually, with her perseverance, encouraged us to look through all our bank statements during the past three years where we found the extra payments.
We were posted a refund cheque the next day.
Wendy’s effort was far above and beyond her routine duties and we would like to wish her a pleasant and well-earned retirement.
