A house fire is being investigated by fire officers.
The blaze in a two-storey residential property in Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham broke out about 2.30am today.
It is believed to have started in the loft.
A spokeswoman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue confirmed nobody was injured.
Fire investigation teams are still at the site and looking into the cause.
