Two women have been taken to hospital after a three-car crash this morning.
The collision happened at about 9.15am on the A272 to Midhurst.
An elderly man and a woman had to be freed by West Sussex Fire and Rescue crews.
It is unclear how serious their injuries are.
Fire crews from Midhurst, Petworth and Chichester then made the road safe.
