The Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change have recently admitted their claim that most of the Himalayan glaciers would vanish within 25 years was based on pure speculation.

This follows the row over scientists trying to find ways to hide the fact that the Earth has been cooling for the past 20 years. I seem to remember the IPCC claiming we would only have mild winters in future and that snow would become a thing of the past.

In contrast Weather Action, which base their long-range forecasts on solar activity, correctly forecasted a hard winter.

Weather Action held a conference last October where a physicist explained only 26 gigatonnes of CO2 enter the atmosphere annually from human activity, out of the 770 gigatonnes that exchange between the atmosphere and oceans.

That means the percentage of man-made CO2 in the atmosphere is 3.37%.

This is in contrast to Government figures of 30% and 40% I have seen.

I do not claim to fully understand this. However it is obvious which of the two groups I have mentioned are more reliable. If the figure of 3.3% is correct, that is the most CO2 which could be reduced by the elimination of the human race. Driving five miles less per week obviously wouldn’t make one iota of difference.
