Entrepreneurs with plenty of spark, creativity and vision are being urged to enter the Sussex Business Awards 2004.
Last year's entrepreneur of the year was 20-year-old Rupert Loman, co-founder of a games web site which allows players to compete over the internet.
An enthusiasm for games and a strong sense of business turned his ideas into a £100,000 profit-making company, Eurogamer Network, and won him the trophy.
Meanwhile, Crawley-based BOC Edwards is sponsoring and judging a new award for 2004, manufacturer of the year.
Judges will be looking for an organisation with innovative manufacturing techniques which has undertaken extensive research and development.
Entries should be sent to the awards office as soon as possible and no later than July 9. Entrants can also enter online.
Visit www.sussex-business-awards.co.uk or call Caroline Thorpe on 01273 207155 to request an entry booklet.
