Lewes kick-off the first ever Conference South season on August 14 with a home game against Dorchester Town.
They then face a Sussex derby three days later with a trip to Bognor, who begin their campaign at Margate.
Eastbourne Borough, who go to Bishop's Stortford on the opening day, host Lewes on Boxing Day and will then play the Rooks again at the Dripping Pan on New Year's Day.
