What a gem The Argus has uncovered in new columnist Lynn Daly.
How disappointing so many modern-day columnists are, in both local and national papers, often because they don't have anything particularly worthwhile to say and take themselves too seriously.
Not so Lynn. She raises pertinent local and national issues and succeeds in being gently provocative while retaining a delightful tongue-in-cheek sense of humour.
