Graeme Ward is right to highlight the talent and desire of Albion youngsters such as Dan Harding and particularly Jake Robinson (Letters, November 11).
When asked in the Sports Argus, Albion players repeatedly choose Jake as the young player who impresses them most.
I hope Mark McGhee and Dick Knight do not repeat the previous board's fiasco over Gareth Barry and Michael Standing.
They must recognise, encourage and reward exceptional talent.
