Can Ivor Caplin please tell us what we get in return for supporting America in Iraq?

And it's not "increased security" as the Foreign Office says, just the opposite in fact. Surely there must be an understanding with the Bush administration for some valuable and substantial trade-off for the sacrifice of the lives of our soldiers?

But I have not seen any mention of any such deal. So what is in it for us?
