A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Sussex businessman.
The suspect, in his early 20s, was arrested this morning by detectives investigating the shooting of Dale "Ken" Harvey, at Cripps Corner, in August.
Police said the arrest took place after the recovery of a stolen car, believed to have been used as a getaway vehicle by the killers, who had been riding on a motorbike.
Detective Chief Inspector Reg Hooke said: "We believe it to be a significant step forward."
Mr Harvey, of Brede, near Hastings, was shot at point blank range as he waited in his car at traffic lights in what police believe was a contract killing.
No further details of the arrest - the second so far - have been released.
