For every new building project that we criticise I think it only fair that we praise the good ones.
I would like to congratulate the developers of the old Michael Norman Antiques building next to Palmeira Square.
The recently unveiled west face is a complete success.
I hope arrangements are in place to ensure it is properly maintained over the years.
We are told there is a housing shortage in Brighton and Hove.
Bearing in mind there are still hundreds of empty houses in other parts of England, surely it would be unwise to keep building as many new flats as possible around here?
Why not demand the improvement of the buildings we already have and put a stop to this money-grabbing drive to compress the population?
