By the time the Labour Party Conference starts in a couple of weeks' time, the full extent of US involvement in Dr David Kelly's death will have become only too apparent.
Only then will we fully see how a British Prime Minister made such a terrible mistake in our name by getting in too deep with a despotic regime of a once great nation.
Sincere though he obviously is, Blair's position has now become untenable.
This dreadful error over Iraq is just too big to ignore.
