A crumpled pile of old tins stacked hazardously so as to topple at any time might have a sort of rustic charm in a tip but one would not wish to have this repeated on the scale of a 38-storey building and be intimidated by its drunken state.

High buildings often cost the lives of those building them. The greater danger in such an experimental structure is collapse which could result in thousands of deaths, since the asymmetry of the designs would result in sideways collapse and take other buildings with it.
