Poor Mrs J Sinclair. I am sure many local folk were aware the Red Arrows would be making their annual display.

Because of the very low clouds they obviously had to drop their usual display and just do a fly-past.

This was clearly seen by many of us, as the one aircraft involved had to fly low and was flying over the sea, not overhead.

So it was noisy, just flying at a legal speed, just below the sound barrier.

Just think of the poor folk who live in the vicinity of the airfields that this particular plane uses. (Mind you, many of them would have moved into the area after the airfield was well established so they can't really complain.)

Finally, let me remind Mrs Sinclair the RAF is one of the reasons civilians have been safe from war for the past 37 years.
