When will police clamp down on cyclists using pavements instead of roads or, in Brighton's case, the cycle lanes?
I am constantly telling cyclists they belong on the roads only to have abuse thrown at me and have even been threatened with violence.
Are these people aware it is an offence to ride on the pavement? Nobody, especially the police, enforces it.
