Germany took the honours for the first time in Hickstead's showpiece event for women.
Helena Weinberg won Queen Elizabeth II Cup on Albfuhrens Ramonus after two clear rounds and a time of 63.68.
The competition is contested by the top 20 riders in Britain and a number of specially invited overseas riders, who have dominated the event in recent years.
Sweden's Helena Persson came second on Classic H despite completing the course in 59.19 after picking up four faults in the second round.
Third placed Helen McNaught on Lexicon was the top home rider with a time of 61.96 and four first round faults, with fellow Brit Victoria Young from Nottingham in fourth after finishing in 72.38 on Corleone II.
Former winner Di Lampard, who was the last British rider to claim the cup in 1998 on Abbervail Dream, finished well off the pace after recording a time of 107.12, including eight faults, on Williams Spirit.
