I hope your readers can help me. I am trying to find out whether the Miss Brighton competitions were held during the war and in 1946/47.
I am looking for details of Sonia Beavan winning the Miss Brighton competition during the Forties.
Sonia married in 1947 so I am assuming she entered the competition before this date.
