In two of the largest property transactions in West Sussex during the past 12 months, HiTek Power has sold its headquarters and relocated.
The old headquarters in Durban Road, Bognor, totalled 68,950sqft on a site of about 2.68 acres.
HiTek shared it with WYKYTest and Microtest.
The move came about after the three companies decided to go their separate ways.
The asking price for the building was £1.5 million and it was sold to West Sussex County Council after a number of offers.
HiTek, which wanted to move to a site with a higher-profile, has taken a new lease of one of the former Body Shop buildings in Hawthorn Road, Littlehampton.
The firm had looked at a number of buildings in Bognor, Chichester and Littlehampton.
HiTek was advised by Stiles Harold Williams and HB Lacey in the sale of their property in Durban Road while the county council acted for themselves.
Stiles Harold Williams also advised HiTek with its acquisition of the Hawthorn Road premises while Tod Miller Thomas acted for The Body Shop.
