Web developer Runtime Collective, which is based in Brighton, has completed an online archive and content management system for a national charity.
The Who Cares? Trust aims to improve public care for about 60,000 youngsters who are separated from their families and living in residential or foster care.
The web project was funded by The New Opportunity Fund.
