I am learning fast how first impressions are often wrong.
I had a letter published recently criticising a stay in the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.
My beloved partner, Wallace, passed on last week in the same hospital after a short stay.
All personnel were superb and so empathetic and caring. I dearly want to put the record straight and am upset I initially wrote such a letter.
