You report (The Argus, March 24) the 2020 Community Partnership group has identified eight priority areas which Brighton and Hove City Council urgently needs to tackle.

These include: Enterprise, safety, health, inclusivity and affordability.

Does this mean the group sees the city as unenterprising, unsafe, unhealthy, uninclusive and unaffordable.

And if it does see the city like this, whom, does it think bears responsibility?
