Reading your item about Derek Chapman burning his council tax bill because he objects to paying towards the fight by Falmer Parish Council against the Albion football stadium (The Argus, March 21), I felt great sympathy.
My council tax is being used to support the fight for the stadium at Falmer, even though I oppose it, but I will pay up without protest.
At least Derek may be able get a little of his money back since his company, Adenstar, was named by the Albion as the preferred contractor to develop the site.
