George W Bush and Tony Blair are going on the premise that a leopard cannot change its spots.
It is quite obvious that whatever Saddam Hussein does to comply with the requested disarming, it will make no difference. Bush and Blair are determined to attack Iraq.
Am I not right in saying Tony Blair once belonged to a group called Ugly Rumours? How long is it taking for him to change his spots?
