It was during his university days that Canadian lo-fi singer Mark Browning (aka Ox) found his inspiration.
Classes took second priority and during his two years at the University of Western Ontario, he wrote an astonishing 300 songs.
His first album, the dark, low-budget Mexico, was released in the autumn of 1996 and led to critical acclaim for such folk masterpieces as Hooligan, Epitaph For The City and the title track.
These songs and the subsequent Endless Highway Tour led to a deal with Warner Chappell followed by a string of performances with such renowned artists as Mary Lou Lord, John Bottomley and Canadian icon Martin Tielli of The Rheostatics.
This intimate pub is the ideal place to experience the reclusive singer/songwriter.
