A factory worker was arrested after another man's foot was broken when he was hit by a forklift truck yesterday.
The injured man, 48, is still in hospital.
He was working in the grounds of the Ferrabyrne factory at Fort Road Industrial Estate, Littlehampton. just before noon when the forklift ran over his foot.
Police arrested the driver, who was later released on police bail. An ambulance took the injured man to Worthing Hospital.
A spokesman for Ferrabyrne, which makes rubber bearings and mouldings, said: "It was a very minor accident."
