A schoolboy accused of rape was due to appear in court today.
The 14-year-old, who is too young to be named, allegedly raped a 19-year-old woman in the Memorial Gardens, Crawley, on September 30.
The boy, from the Crawley area, was arrested on December 17 and first appeared at Crawley Youth Court on Christmas Eve.
He was granted conditional bail and was due to reappear at the same court today.
