City councillors have approved plans for a mail-order sex shop operating from a business centre in Hove.
Apollo Sales applied to Brighton and Hove City Council for permission to use a unit at the Gemini Centre in Old Shoreham Road.
There were no objections from neighbours or councillors to the application. The business will operate from the first floor.
Apollo director Rodney Thomas said the firm had been trading in adult products wholesale since July.
He said many other businesses in the area did not even know the nature of the trade and every item was sent out in plain, unidentifiable packaging.
