Is the D Barnett from Hangleton who bemoans city status for Brighton and Hove the same D Barnett who is onservative Party candidate for Hangleton and Knoll, featured in the recent Tory freesheet in which they talk of "pride" in being a city?
This is yet another example of increasingly desperate and cynical Tory spin, where Conservative candidates who dare not speak the name of the party they represent write in, running down Brighton and Hove, with the aim of decreasing the turnout in May's election so their party can take control on a minimal vote.
