Ten-year-old Arron Stretton's dream came true when he interviewed a pop star on Southern FM.
Arron was able to put searching questions to Sophie Ellis-Bextor when she was a guest on the morning show.
But after gallantly presenting her with a rose he discovered the dance star is already attached.
It may have felt good but sadly, for Arron, this ain't love.
