As folk are now spending so much time debating the West Pier, may I bring to Brighton and Hove's attention the beautiful church of St Peter's, in the middle of the city, almost like a cathedral?
It will also fall to bits if a lot of money is not forthcoming - big business, please note.
Everyone in the city should be aware of this need before it is also too late.
