Learning new skills will be the subject of a special exhibition at a conference in Brighton later this year.
The Sussex Learning and Skills Council will stage the exhibition at the Federation of Small Businesses' annual conference in March.
More than 50 stands will demonstrate how small businesses can help their employees learn new skills or improve existing ones.
Christopher Cherry, head of workforce development said: "This is a great opportunity for organisations to showcase their training and skills."
