I am one of the many foreign students who come to Brighton to learn English and enjoy the beauty of your city.
However, I notice there are not enough bins on the street. That is why we see so much rubbish everywhere.
Most people are frustrated because they can't put their rubbish into bins, which is why they throw it on the ground.
It's disgusting and it is really a pity in such a fantastic and wonderful city as Brighton and Hove.
