St Leonards director of football Andy Thomson resigned yesterday from his position on the club's board.
Thomson follows manager Glyn White out of The Firs after White quit last month.
A club statement said: "The club regrets Andy's decision to step down as a director of St Leonards FC at this difficult time.
"Supporters can be assured that the remaining directors are working strenuously to stabilise the club. Terry White will remain in charge of team affairs for the time being.
"The club would like to express its sincere thanks and appreciation to Andy for his considerable efforts over the past five years and hopes that his contribution will not be lost completely."
