So Councillor Mike Middleton has at last revealed the true intentions of Brighton and Hove City Council for the King Alfred centre.
It has never intended to do anything other than make it into a building site.
Is this why the council never carried out a survey of the building even though it said it had? What democracy? This council is a dictatorship.
