Worthing and Horsham will both unveil new captains when the season kicks off tomorrow.

David Edmondson has taken over at Worthing from Simon Holloway, who will continue to play.

Dan Lock has returned to the club from Chichester and Dave Beales is back after spells with Chichester and Southwick.

Cedric Atkinson also returns from Horsham, although university commitments may limit his appearances.

Optimism is not too high at Horsham where skipper Mark Ansell is among a number of departures.

Ansell has joined Guildford, Ian Brown and Matt Ahmed have moved to Crowborough while Alistair Billington has joined Brighton to play in the seconds.

In addition, Atkinson has gone to Worthing, Richard Charlesworth has stopped playing and Andy Down no longer wants to travel down from London. University commitments will also rule out Will Wassell and Andrew Beer for much of the season.

New faces are Mark Newsom from Worthing and Stuart Donaldson from Crawley, while Dom Cohen is back from injury.
