Worthing rugby coach Ian Davies has one regret about drawing North Walsham at home in tomorrow's Powergen Cup showdown.

He just wishes all his promising young players were around to see what National League rugby is really about.

Worthing beat Old Colfeians from National Three in the last round but tomorrow's tie will be another test altogether.

The Norfolk side have won four out of four in the league by an average score of 33-10 and hammered Blackheath 45-6 last Saturday.

Worthing go into the match without suspended lock Charlie McGowan and injured prop Tim Lucas.

Davies admitted: "That is a shame because this would be a good indication of where they stand.

"It will still be a good chance for the likes of Tony Cruz, Paul Cox and Dave Davies to learn a bit about National League.

"I have been to North Walsham a couple of times with Havant and come back with nothing but at least I know what it's all about.

"I suspect some of the players don't but they will find out in the first ten minutes."
