Former Spice Girl Emma Bunton is selling her flat in Brighton.
The star, nicknamed Baby Spice, bought the penthouse flat in the acclaimed seafront Van Alen building a year ago.
She loved spending weekends in the city but is now selling up for an estimated £750,000.
The 26-year-old, who had a string of hits with the Spice Girls, has not enjoyed the same success in her solo career.
The Van Alen apartments were all snapped up when they went on sale last May.
They have been praised by building industry experts and the city council for their innovative style.
