Parking has become a problem in Abinger Road, Portslade, due to the conversion of local workshops into offices now called Crown House.
Residents have to park in surrounding roads and on double yellow lines to deliver shopping to their houses and many people are given parking tickets in the early hours.
Parking restrictions should be reviewed.
