I would like to say thank you to the gentleman, driving a van from The Argus, who stopped on Thursday afternoon about 2.15pm in New Road, Durrington, and helped my friend and myself to stand up after we both fell. When he left, a lady driving a car stopped and offered to drive us home. As we were only a short distance from my bungalow, we thanked her but said we could manage.
They really were two Samaritans. Thank you both.
