Two monster corporations have decided to settle old scores and solve their differences in a massive martial arts contest, Millennium Fight 2000.

Capcom vs. SNK Pro on the PlayStation gives players the chance to choose from Capcom favourites Ryu, Ken and Chun-Li to battle against SNK's Geese, Terry and Yuri.

The game's arcade mode has a points system which allows players to choose up to four characters to take into each bout.

Characters are assigned a value from one to three points depending on their ability. Boss characters are valued at three with weaker fighters receiving one or two.

Players are allowed a points total of four.

Other modes include a pair match mode, which allows two characters to be selected regardless of their point allocation.

In single player mode, points are earned for successful attacks but subtracted for sustaining damage.

At the end of each bout, these points can be used to purchase hidden characters or upgrade any of the 30 available characters.

Players have to select either the Capcom or SNK Groove fighting styles, regardless of which stable they come from.

The SNK Groove lets players charge their own power bar by pressing a combination of buttons.

The Capcom power bar fills after successful attacks. Once either bar is filled, players can unleash their characters' special moves.

Evolution has five copies of Capcom Vs SNK Pro for the PlayStation to give away.
