This rather clunky CD sparked my interest sufficiently to make me spend a relaxing half-hour browsing whale and dolphin-watching web sites. I am even thinking of the Azores for my next holiday.
The rather naive way the CD was put together and the delightful and basic nature of the content were a refreshing change from space exploration and intergalactic wars.
The quiz contains 600 questions and answers about marine mammals pitched at older primary school kids.
Each section offers a number of challenges with answers that are educational and informative.
Nothing too complicated and plenty of opportunity to go back and revisit what has gone before.
The CD re-creates the excitement of a TV quiz show.
From old classics like jumbled letters and jigsaws to innovative new puzzles and games, it offers plenty of undersea distractions to keep kids busy for hours.
