For several years, I have never received a second post at all.
However, since the announcement by Consignia or Royal Mail or whatever it is called this month, I have been getting a second post two or three times a week.
Is this just so it can then say it had justifiably stopped it, having only started it up a short time ago?
What other reason could there be?
