Print specialist Chris Searle has joined Shoreham-based Hydro-Dynamic Products (HDP) as business development director.
Managing director David Sheard said: "Chris has a formidable understanding of pressroom chemistry, experience of export business, where our real growth potential lies, and knack for developing new opportunities."
Mr Searle said his new role would allow him to become more involved with the sales and marketing.
He said: "The team at HDP are world-class and I am particularly impressed with their understanding of export markets."
