It is becoming more and more worrying for us pet owners to cope with ever-increasing vets' bills.
If this isn't bad enough, the added VAT at 17.5 per cent is also crippling.
There should be no tax on animal suffering. Many pet owners delay going to the vet because they cannot afford the fees.
