Visiting Brighton seafront during the Easter holiday, I was appalled at the state of the ladies' public toilets between the piers.
There was water oozing up from between the tiles, making the entire floor surface slippery and dangerous. Four or five cubicles were out of order, there was no soap, towels or dryer and there was no attendant.
I have recently received my increased council tax bill and feel angry and dismayed that while the city is aspiring to become the European Capital of Culture, it neglects such basic facilities.
